  Safely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, resaleable condition.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your generated returns label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized shipping location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
