How do I determine my correct kilt size?

Kilt sizing is different from trouser sizing. Please measure your waist at the navel level and your length from the hip bone to the middle of the knee to ensure a perfect fit.

Standard in-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Custom-made or made-to-measure tartans typically require 4-6 weeks for artisan crafting before shipment.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our highland wear globally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and selected courier service.

What is your return policy for custom items?

While we offer a 30-day return policy for standard stock, custom-made kilts and personalized accessories cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Are your kilts made from authentic wool?

We offer a range of materials, including 100% premium wool for traditionalists and high-quality acrylic blends for those seeking a durable, machine-washable alternative.

Can I request a specific clan tartan not listed on the site?

Absolutely. We have access to thousands of registered tartans. Please contact our support team with your clan name, and we will source the fabric for your custom order.
